tk0k Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and tk0k ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the tk0k platform at tk0k.org, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and close your account if one exists.

tk0k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the tk0k platform is strictly reserved for eligible individuals only. To register and maintain an active account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be the registered account holder and provide accurate personal information during the registration process.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling exclusion programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any third party.

tk0k implements age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any balance may be retained pending investigation. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the tk0k platform. Duplicate accounts, multi-accounting, or accounts opened using another person's identity are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, tk0k will close all associated accounts without prior notice, and any funds held across those accounts may be forfeited. tk0k will not be liable for any losses arising from duplicate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. tk0k will never ask for your password by email, telephone, or any messaging channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility until you notify tk0k of any suspected unauthorised access. You must notify customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering and must notify tk0k of any changes to your personal details promptly.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to dormancy procedures, including monthly administrative fees, in accordance with tk0k's dormant account policy.
• tk0k reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. You must cooperate fully with any KYC request and provide requested documents within the stated timeframe.
• tk0k may suspend or close an account at its sole discretion if it determines that account activity poses a risk, involves fraudulent behaviour, or is in violation of these Terms, without being obliged to provide reasons.

tk0k accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other approved payment methods as listed in the platform's cashier at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the name of the tk0k account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. tk0k aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, actual transfer times are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider. tk0k does not accept responsibility for delays caused by payment provider processing times. tk0k reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity. tk0k offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms and wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. Where no specific bonus terms are provided at the point of offer, the general bonus policy set out below shall apply. Bonuses are not transferable, may not be exchanged for cash at face value, and may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they were issued.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Attempting to launder money, fund terrorist activity, or use the platform in connection with any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses through the opening of duplicate accounts, reverse bonus exploitation, or any form of matched or arbitrage betting designed to circumvent the platform's bonus wagering requirements.

tk0k's determination as to whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct provisions is final and binding. Users who dispute a prohibited conduct decision may submit a formal complaint to customer support, but this does not automatically suspend the enforcement of any account restriction or closure that has been applied.

All content on the tk0k platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the exclusive property of tk0k or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to any tk0k intellectual property beyond the limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the platform as a registered user in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the tk0k platform without the prior written consent of tk0k. Unauthorised use of any tk0k intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law. The tk0k brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of tk0k and may not be used without express written authorisation.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. tk0k does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

tk0k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, registered users will be notified by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date and cease all use of the platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and the internal policies of tk0k. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through this internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights.
